What is 65 MPH?

65 MPH (Maintaining Perfect Health) is a multi-phase fitness program created for seniors that address the issues we face as we age. Through an assessment-based and individualized fitness regimen, executed with professional guidance, you will be nothing but motivated by your own progress.

It is possible to enjoy the same activities and freedom you had when you were in your 20’s… you may not even realize your own potential.

Your journey toward fitness is unique.  Some clients are seasoned experts, former athletes or dancers.  Others are less experienced — having never maintained a regular exercise regimen or worked under the guidance of a fitness professional.

This is precisely why the guided journey begins with an assessment which is used to determine your areas of strength, areas for improvement and your personal fitness goals.

It’s never too late to start exercising.  Studies prove that the body responds to exercise nearly as well at age 50 as it does at age 20. The only thing preventing you from finally having the life you want is you.

Get out of your own your way and get moving.

Focus on strength/balance and endurance. For beginner, intermediate, or advanced clients.

This program is offered privately or in a group setting (2-5 people)

30 min or 60 min packages are available

Each phase can be completed individually
